Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled online free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of your treatment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, will be billed in full. This lets us offer freed-up slots to patients on our waiting list. Thank you for your understanding.
Note on insurance coverage
As a practice, we cannot guarantee that your health insurer will cover the costs. Coverage or reimbursement depends on your individual insurance contract and your insurer's terms. The final decision rests solely with your health insurer.
