Contact form: When you contact us via the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, optionally your phone number and your message. This information is used solely to process your enquiry. To deliver the form email to us we use the service provider Resend. Your data is deleted once the correspondence is concluded, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Online booking: For online appointments we embed the Treatwell service. When you book an appointment, your booking data is transmitted directly to Treatwell and processed there in accordance with their privacy policy.

Treatment documentation: As a medical masseur I am obliged to document treatment-related data – including medical history, course of treatment and billing information. These records are retained for 10 years in accordance with legal requirements.

Necessary cookies: We use technically necessary cookies to ensure the operation of the website – for example to store your cookie preferences. These cannot be disabled.

Datafa.st: We use Datafa.st, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that works without cookies and stores no personal data. It serves solely the anonymous analysis of website visits and is therefore always active.

With your consent: Only if you agree do we use additional statistics and marketing services – Google Analytics for reach measurement as well as Google Ads and Meta for measuring the success of advertising. Data may be transmitted to servers in the USA. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings in the footer.

Google Maps: To display our location on the contact page we embed Google Maps. When the map loads, data is transmitted to Google.

Your data is only passed on if you have expressly consented (e.g. for EMR billing with your health insurer) or if there is a legal obligation. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
